Revisiting Environmental Laws in Malaysia 

Roger Chan Weng Keng is the Immediate Past Vice-President of the Malaysian Bar. He chairs the Bar Council’s Environmental and Climate Change Committee as well as the Human Rights Committee. In 2012, calling upon the Malaysian Government to uphold its pledges to the international community to do its part to reduce global warming, he moved the Malaysian Bar Council to become the first bar in the world to pass and adopt a Climate Change Resolution.
